3D Environment Supervisor (Gamedev)

Location: Yogyakarta, Indonesia; hybrid work with 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Coordinate Environment team tasks, priorities, workloads, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track assets from blockout to final delivery and identify blockers, dependencies, revisions, and missing information.
• Review 3D environment assets against art, technical, and production standards.
• Support artists with production and technical issues, escalating complex matters when needed.
• Coordinate feedback with the 3D Lead, Art Director, producers, project leads, and partner studios.
• Report progress, risks, and quality concerns while supporting onboarding, knowledge sharing, and artist development.

Requirements

• Experience with environment crafting, 3D modelling, texturing, and materials.
• Knowledge of Unreal or Unity and game asset optimization.
• Ability to review assets and follow production quality standards.
• Experience tracking tasks, milestones, deadlines, and deliveries.
• Organized, proactive, solution-oriented, collaborative, approachable, and detail-oriented approach.
• Portfolio submission is required; apply with a CV in English.
