Junior Creative Designer

Location: On-site in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

hirify.global is recruiting in collaboration with a partner operating as an independent local Tanzanian marketing team.

What you will do

• Create visual assets for social media, websites, promotional materials, and digital advertisements.
• Adapt graphics, banners, posters, and other marketing collateral for campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with content writers, social media specialists, CRM teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support basic video editing, motion graphics, and animation projects.
• Organize design files and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, creative design, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Canva and other design tools.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media content requirements, and multiple design formats.
