We are looking for a Full-stack Developer (React + .NET)
Remote from 🇵🇱 Poland!

Main responsibilities
Develop end-to-end features across the full stack: React frontend, .NET backend APIs, and PostgreSQL database.
Design and build cloud-native solutions using Azure containers (Azure Container Apps, AKS, or ACI) and modern DevOps practices.
Write clean, maintainable code following TDD principles.
Implement and maintain automated tests, including UI and end-to-end tests (preferably using Playwright).
Use GitHub Copilot as part of the daily development workflow to enhance productivity.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design decisions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Technical requirements
Frontend:
Strong experience with React (hooks, context, state management, React Query).
Experience with TypeScript is highly desirable.
Backend:
Solid experience with .NET (C#) and building RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with dependency injection, middleware, API versioning, and clean or layered architecture.
Database:
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and performance optimization.
Cloud & containers:
Experience with Microsoft Azure, especially containerized applications (Azure Container Apps, AKS, or ACI).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps).
Testing & quality:
Strong experience with test-driven development (TDD).
Experience with Playwright or similar UI automation frameworks.
Assisted development:
Comfortable using GitHub Copilot or similar AI development tools in the workflow.
Soft skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Nice to have:
Experience with microservices or distributed architectures.
Knowledge of GraphQL or gRPC.
Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Experience with Azure DevOps Boards or Jira.
Education & experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
4+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
