Senior Product Designer

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (E-commerce marketplace): Enhancing user experience across the entire customer journey, from initial brand perception to post-purchase support, with an accent on delivering a unique and memorable experience. Focus on aligning user needs with business goals, transforming research insights into viable and creative solutions, and collaborating within cross-functional teams.

Location: Hybrid work model, with offices in Amsterdam, Paris, and Lisbon. You will be in the office 2 out of 5 days (40% of your working time).

What you will do

• Drive research efforts to identify user needs and align them with business goals.
• Transform research insights and data analysis into viable and creative solutions.
• Create design deliverables such as user journeys, interaction models, and prototypes.
• Align with multiple stakeholders, incorporating feedback and encouraging a user-centred focus.
• Collaborate with the UX team to review designs and copy proposals.
• Facilitate and participate in concept workshops and design sprints.

Requirements

• A strong conceptual thinker with a passion for putting user needs first.
• 5–7 years of relevant working experience.
• An outstanding portfolio demonstrating high-quality work and problem-solving.
• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in product design, interaction design, or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of the user-centred design process and research methods.
• Fluent in design tools (e.g. Figma), bonus points for fluency in prototyping tools.
