What you will do

• Shape the visual and experiential identity of products, crafting inspiring and problem-solving designs.
• Challenge design conventions to drive differentiation and positive change.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, engineers, and stakeholders to elevate creative direction.
• Own UI craftsmanship, delivering delightful and intuitive designs.
• Lead and inspire other designers and cross-functional partners toward excellence.
• Conduct user research and validation to ground design decisions in real insights.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in Copenhagen or Aarhus, Denmark
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role with a strong UI portfolio.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with passion for craft and detail.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and embrace feedback.
• A proactive, ambitious mindset focused on solving hard problems.
• Application must be submitted in English

Nice to have

• Skills in motion design and animation.
• Ability to code or prototype complex interactions (e.g., Figma Make, Framer, React).
