Assistant Apparel Designer (Scrubwear & Underscrubs)

Salary: $29–$31 per hour

What you will do

• Execute sketches, CADs, presentation materials, and design boards under the direction of senior design leaders.
• Support seasonal product development for men's and women's scrubwear and underscrubs.
• Build and update tech packs and organize lab dips, trims, strike-offs, mock-ups, and other development components.
• Conduct trend, market, and competitive research and present findings for seasonal development.
• Attend fittings, record detailed notes, maintain fit and design updates, and track follow-up actions.
• Maintain organized design files, seasonal materials, deadlines, and team deliverables.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of apparel design experience, including internships.
• Fashion Design or a related degree preferred.
• Basic understanding of garment construction, fit, and materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to create clean, accurate technical sketches and CADs.
• Strong collaboration, communication, ownership, attention to detail, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
