Vice President, Integrated Marketing

Location: Remote hiring is available only in specified U.S. states, including Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Hybrid work is available for candidates within commuting distance of the New York, NY or San Francisco, CA offices, with three in-office days per week.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary strategic contact and trusted advisor for key client accounts.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies and full-funnel campaigns across content, creative, and social disciplines.
• Translate client objectives, audience insights, and marketing challenges into actionable approaches.
• Brief and collaborate with content, creative, design, and production teams to deliver on-brand work.
• Direct integrated teams, prioritize projects, and oversee delivery against timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Monitor campaign performance, recommend optimization, improve workflows, and contribute to case studies and award entries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive integrated marketing experience, including client service and agency account management.
• Experience leading integrated marketing strategies and campaigns, with an understanding of content-led brand awareness.
• Experience briefing and collaborating with creative and production teams.
• Ability to guide project managers or similar roles and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong client communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
