TL;DR
VP, Delivery Assurance & Global PMO - Professional Services (AI-enabled program assurance and global PMO): Defining and enforcing the global standards for Guidewire professional services programs, delivery assurance, PMO methodology, and partner program quality with an accent on customer outcomes, delivery predictability, and AI-enabled governance. Focus on recovering high-risk customer programs, integrating predictive risk and automated reporting tools, and leading PMO organizations across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
Location: United States - Remote
Salary: $232,000–$377,000 base salary per year

What you will do
- Own global delivery assurance, program management methodology, delivery excellence, and the framework governing professional services programs from initiation through value realization.
- Lead the global PMO as a single organization with AMER, EMEA, and APAC leaders reporting directly into the role.
- Improve customer outcomes and delivery predictability across PS-led and SI-led programs, including direct intervention in high-risk engagements.
- Own the global PMO and Delivery Assurance budget, headcount plan, tooling investments, and AI-enabled assurance platform spend.
- Set global standards for PM certification, career architecture, partner program quality, and SI-led program assurance.
- Represent delivery quality and customer outcomes in strategic customer, SI partner, and industry engagements.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in professional services or large-scale program delivery, including at least 7 years in senior program leadership or PMO executive roles.
- Experience owning a global program assurance, delivery excellence, or quality function in a services organization of 1,000+ people.
- Demonstrated success recovering high-stakes customer programs and rebuilding executive-level customer trust.
- Deep experience working with SI partners and joint-delivery accountability models.
- Experience leading methodology evolution through agile transformation, cloud transition, or AI and automation adoption.
- Strong executive program leadership, financial and operational rigor, influence skills, and fluency with predictive risk models and AI-assisted PM practices.
Nice to have
- Property and casualty insurance or core systems implementation experience.
- PMP, PgMP, or comparable executive-level program management credentials.
- Services delivery experience with a hyperscaler, ERP vendor, or major SaaS platform company.
- Experience building or leading a delivery assurance or program quality function from the ground up.
