What you will do
- Own and grow ’s presence across key social media channels.
- Turn ’s expertise, products, and community into clear, engaging content for writers and publishing professionals.
- Develop recurring content formats, campaigns, and creative concepts in collaboration with writers and the design team.
- Help define and evolve the brand across social channels.
- Track performance, identify successful content, and refine the social strategy using data.
Requirements
- Combine strong analytical and creative skills, using performance data to inform content decisions.
- Have proven experience growing a brand to a large audience, ideally in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Show measurable results from previous social media campaigns and provide examples.
- Have excellent editorial instincts and a strong command of written English.
- Understand what makes social content useful, engaging, and shareable.
- Be able to explain complex ideas simply without oversimplifying them.
Nice to have
- Experience creating short-form video content.
- Familiarity with the publishing industry or the challenges faced by independent authors.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
- Interest in writing, publishing, books, or the creator economy.
