Algorithm Engineer (3D LiDAR)

What you will do

• Develop and optimize real-time algorithms for 3D point-cloud processing and perception.
• Work on clustering, classification, and semantic point-wise 3D segmentation algorithms, including ground detection.
• Analyze problems, conduct bibliographic research, and design new algorithmic modules or improve existing ones.
• Create evaluation databases to measure module quality and system performance.
• Develop and integrate modules into C++ software.
• Perform unit, performance, and system testing and document the results.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• More than 2 years of experience as an Algorithm Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in C++ or a comparable programming language, with the ability to write clean and efficient code.
• Practical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and data processing.
• Strong problem-solving, algorithm design, communication, collaboration, and independent ownership skills.
• Fluent English is required.
