Salary: €85,000–€102,000 gross annual salary

What you will do

  • Act as a finance business partner for business unit management, project execution, sales, and operations.
  • Drive financial performance across the project portfolio, including estimates, margin development, cash flow, currency exposure, revenue recognition, and risk and opportunity management.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, forecasting, analysis, and management presentations.
  • Lead and develop the business unit project-controlling finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with hirify.global financial processes, IFRS principles, accounting rules, internal controls, and project governance.
  • Improve finance processes, management reporting, and data-driven analysis.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in finance, business administration, industrial management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of finance leadership experience, preferably in an international project business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project financials, cost estimates, revenue recognition, margin analysis, cash flow, currencies, risk management, and project governance.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing finance professionals.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex financial topics into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and IFRS; experience with ERP systems, HFM, SAP, Power BI, and project financial tools is advantageous. Fluent English and readiness for reasonable business travel and time-zone flexibility are required.
