What you will do

• Manage HR operations and organizational effectiveness at the Menzel manufacturing site.
• Support business needs, workforce planning, payroll, and employee engagement.
• Lead labor relations and maintain relationships with employees, managers, employee representatives, and external stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with unions and employee representatives.
• Support change management in a fast-paced, matrix manufacturing environment.
• Promote an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proven HR experience in an industrial or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Tunisian labor law and employee relations.
• Experience managing union and employee representative relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
• Fluent Arabic and French, with English proficiency required.
