VP Manufacturing (Defense)

What you will do

• Develop and execute the MEA manufacturing strategy in alignment with the global industrial roadmap.
• Build and manage manufacturing partnerships, production capabilities, and the regional industrial ecosystem.
• Lead production scale-up, including the transition from engineering prototypes to reliable industrial production.
• Manage production planning, logistics, inventory flows, and relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Drive Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, throughput, yield, cost, and quality initiatives.
• Build and lead the MEA manufacturing organization while coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including medium- to large-scale production across multiple sites.
• Experience in robotics, aerospace, defense, or similarly complex sectors, preferably under strict time and budget constraints.
• Ability to work with advanced robotics, AI, and sophisticated engineering concepts.
• Proven cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery under tight deadlines and high stakes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, French, and Arabic.
