CMF Designer (Footwear Sportstyle) (Color, Materials, and Finishes): Developing seasonal color, material, and finish concepts for Salomon footwear and related assortments with an accent on trend translation, color strategies, material solutions, and product feasibility. Focus on building palettes and capsules, creating colorways and technical sheets, integrating them into IT systems, and evolving the material toolbox with the Materials team.

What you will do
- Research global, emerging, cultural, and sports trends and translate them into seasonal CMF stories and themes.
- Build seasonal themes, capsules, limited editions, harmonies, and color palettes.
- Develop color strategies, colorways, product assortments, merchandising tactics, and color blockings.
- Propose material solutions, trims, ornaments, and finishes for assigned product ranges.
- Draft and update technical sheets, upload colorways to dedicated software, and integrate them into IT systems.
- Monitor project feasibility from colorization through development and evolve the material toolbox with the Materials team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, equivalent to Bac+3 to Bac+5.
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of color and materials processes, with high color sensitivity.
- Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
- Awareness of current, global, and emerging design trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software; fluent English is desired.
