Automotive Service Advisor

Location: 1216 W. Georgia Rd., Simpsonville, South Carolina, United States. Onsite position scheduled Monday–Friday, 7am–6pm; closed on weekends.

Salary: Up to $90,000 per year for highly qualified candidates, with a base salary and bonus plan.

What you will do

• Greet guests and guide them through the complete vehicle repair process.
• Present clear repair recommendations and sell services honestly and effectively.
• Manage store workflow, coordinate guest service activities, and support a positive team environment.
• Communicate professionally by phone and build long-term guest relationships.
• Shuttle guests in a branded vehicle as needed.
• Confirm repairs meet proper specifications and assist other employees when required.

Requirements

• Required experience sourcing accurate parts, building repair tickets, and presenting repairs.
• Automotive customer service, automotive service sales, service writing, or service advising experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Acceptable driving record for the current insurance carrier.
• Dependability for a Monday–Friday schedule, ability to remain on your feet most of the day, occasionally lift over 50 lbs, and maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.

• Experience with TekMetric and Parts-Tech.
