Salary: $138,000–$189,200 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead operational responsibility for the global security operations center and transition legacy systems to advanced, AI-integrated security frameworks.
• Architect and deploy AI, automation, threat-intelligence, triage, and advanced analytics solutions to improve GSOC efficiency.
• Manage critical incident communications, including strategic briefs and summaries for executive leadership.
• Oversee multi-regional security operations, third-party vendor teams, performance metrics, and service-level agreements.
• Optimize physical security infrastructure, including access control systems, video analytics, alerting, and mass-notification platforms.
• Translate global policies into SOPs, lead investigations and access audits, and coordinate operational training exercises.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in physical security operations, global systems integration, and GSOC leadership.
• Experience managing large, diverse third-party security teams and global enterprise operational programs.
• Experience identifying, deploying, and using AI-driven physical security tools, workflow automation, and video analytics.
• Strong executive communication skills, including briefing C-suite and VP-level leaders during high-pressure incidents.
• Experience with KPIs, vendor SLA compliance, ISO 27001, SOC 2, security audits, investigations, and global risk assessments.
• Excellent analytical, project management, policy development, SOP, and rapid incident decision-making skills.
