What you will do

• Lead the development, deployment, administration, and maintenance of LMS and e-learning platforms.
• Integrate learning curricula, virtual learning content, web applications, and multimedia resources across learning platforms.
• Coordinate LMS integrations with internal systems such as SAP and Workday, ensuring data accuracy and governance.
• Manage user groups, access permissions, workflows, end-user guidance, and instructor-led course coordination.
• Use LMS reporting and custom reports to support training initiatives, leadership decisions, and audit requirements.
• Monitor platform performance, traffic, backup, and disaster recovery processes, recommending improvements with IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in e-learning technologies, ICT, HR or services management, web development, operations, or a related area.
• Knowledge of defining, analyzing, designing, and documenting business requirements.
• Fluent written and spoken English and the ability to work with people at all levels and lead relevant workgroups.
• Reporting and data fluency, with the ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.

Nice to have

• ICT certifications in learning technologies.
• Experience in UX.
