Graduate AI and Software Engineer (Automotive MPUs)

Company

Develops automotive processors and S32N MPUs with proprietary AI IP blocks for real-time, in-vehicle machine learning.

What you will do

• Prepare, optimize, and deploy machine-learning models onto S32N automotive MPUs and real hardware.
• Prototype AI use cases such as on-device assistants, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.
• Build clean software using AI coding assistants, CI/CD, version control, and automation.
• Collaborate with global automotive customers and engineering teams, providing technical guidance on AI silicon applications.
• Identify faster and more automated approaches to development and share them with the team.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, AI/ML, Software, or a related engineering field.
• Practical fluency with AI/ML concepts and tools, including Python and PyTorch, TensorFlow, or ONNX.
• Experience experimenting with LLMs and modern AI workflows.
• Solid software fundamentals, Git knowledge, and interest in the interaction between software and hardware.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to customers and engineering teams.
• Builder mindset, curiosity, and willingness to solve unfamiliar problems.

Nice to have

• Embedded systems experience.
• Edge AI deployment experience.
• Automotive or functional-safety awareness.
• Model quantization and optimization experience.
• C/C++ knowledge.
