TL;DR
Junior PLM Application Officer (Siemens Teamcenter): Supporting and further developing a PLM application environment for engineering and manufacturing processes with an accent on Teamcenter, CAD integrations, and application management. Focus on translating business requirements into application solutions, resolving incidents, supporting change management, and contributing to testing, documentation, and digitalization projects.
Location: Rijeka, Croatia; occasional travel within the EU required. Flexible working hours and remote/home-office benefits are available.

What you will do
- Support and further develop the PLM application environment, primarily Siemens Teamcenter and its integrations.
- Learn how PLM supports engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Translate business requirements from engineering stakeholders into practical application solutions.
- Maintain application stability, resolve incidents, and support changes through the change management process.
- Contribute to projects improving engineering efficiency and digitalization.
- Participate in testing, documentation, implementation, vendor collaboration, and Agile/Scrum activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Engineering background with an interest in IT, or IT background with an interest in engineering processes.
- Strong willingness to learn application management and PLM technologies; extensive PLM experience is not required.
- Analytical mindset, curiosity, proactive attitude, and interest in business processes and automation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English, spoken and written, and willingness to travel within the EU occasionally.

- Basic knowledge of PLM and CAD.
