What you will do
- Research global, cultural, emerging, and sports trends to develop seasonal CMF stories and creative directions for bags.
- Define color strategies, colorways, color-blocking, graphics, printing techniques, and technical colorway documentation.
- Develop innovative materials, trims, finishes, and sustainable CMF solutions with Product Design.
- Build and maintain material libraries with functional, advanced, and inspiring options.
- Monitor feasibility and consistency throughout product development, from concept to final product.
- Review CMF execution at key milestones and provide feedback to suppliers and factories.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, equivalent to Bac+3 to Bac+5.
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of color and materials processes.
- Excellent visual communication and presentation skills, with high color sensitivity.
- Awareness of current, global, and emerging design trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software; fluent English desired.
