Senior HVAC Technician (HVAC)

Location: Bedford, New Hampshire; field-based work at customer locations

Salary: $48.12–$65.12 per hour

What you will do

• Perform end-to-end testing, programming downloads, startup, commissioning, and servicing for assigned HVAC projects.
• Act as the direct customer contact, diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
• Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers on installation and repair requirements, materials, and on-site schedules.
• Use software, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Maintain high safety standards and document the use, condition, and accountability of company assets.
• Mentor team members and support overtime or occasional overnight stays when business needs require.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a certificate from an accredited technical school.
• Typically 10 or more years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computers such as smartphones or iPads.
• Valid driver's license held for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations or preventable collisions in the previous three years.
• EPA certification is preferred, such as HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, or Gas Installer certification.
