Trainer – Academy, Denmark (Pathology)

What you will do

• Prepare and deliver technical training sessions on selected pathology products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations for internal employees and stakeholders.
• Provide application support related to pathology workflows, staining procedures, and product applications.
• Support Academy events, workshops, product launches, and post-launch activities.
• Maintain equipment readiness, laboratory organization, demonstration materials, and safety compliance.
• Support Sales and Marketing activities, including slide staining and preparation of demonstration materials.

Requirements

• Experience in a pathology, histology, diagnostic, or laboratory environment.
• Understanding of pathology workflows, staining techniques, and laboratory processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent, with proficiency in standard IT applications and digital tools.

Nice to have

• Certification or educational background as a Biomedical Laboratory Scientist, Bioanalyst, Histology Technician, or similar.
• Knowledge of histopathology and immunohistochemistry.
• Experience with hirify.global pathology products.
• Experience delivering classroom, virtual, or hands-on training.
• Ability to engage learners with different levels of technical expertise.
