Focus on developing manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and slide decks, coaching writers, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and implementing publication plans and process improvements.

What you will do
- Create complex publication and medical education materials, including slide decks, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
- Manage end-to-end publication and medical education content development, documentation, and approval in PromoMats/iEnvision.
- Develop therapeutic-area, process, and compliance expertise and support publication-need analysis and annual publication plans.
- Define stakeholder engagement strategies and provide strategic input to medical communication plans.
- Coach and review content created by senior and junior scientific writers.
- Collaborate with medical, scientific communication, technology, and cross-functional teams to improve content, processes, training, and digital solutions.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in medical communication or content creation within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or academia.
- Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a similar discipline, or a medical degree.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience with publication submissions, therapeutic-area or domain knowledge, and/or project management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- More than 4 years of leadership experience is desirable.
