Sales Analyst & Support - Home - Internship (E-commerce)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work with the possibility of smartworking two days a week

What you will do

• Support the Key Account Manager in managing brand sales and collecting the commercial inputs needed to build compliant offers.
• Analyze assortments, pricing, stock, previous campaign data, pricing elasticity, A/B tests, benchmarks, and market information.
• Monitor warehouse stock, define selling prices, prepare sales forecasts, and identify potential turnover and margin opportunities.
• Coordinate commercial milestones and requirements with Sales Production Teams, including Data Managers and Campaign Managers.
• Track sales KPIs, identify improvement actions, and prepare post-sale reports and business reviews with brand partners.
• Create materials for brand meetings and participate when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, with a result-oriented and rigorous approach.
• Ability to work in an organized way under tight deadlines and collaborate across departments.
• High-level communication and presentation skills, with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Apps and Office tools, especially Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Excel.
• Excellent local-language skills and good English-language skills are required.
