What you will do

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native platforms and data infrastructure.
• Build, test, deploy, and optimize services on Azure, AWS, and Databricks.
• Manage Linux-based infrastructure, including patching, hardening, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Investigate infrastructure incidents, CI/CD pipeline issues, and deployment challenges.
• Improve application and data migrations to the cloud while minimizing operational impact.
• Ensure high availability, performance, security, governance, and compliance across cloud environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Professional experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or modern IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure and hands-on experience operating and automating cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong Linux administration, networking, security, distributed systems, programming, and scripting skills, including Python or Bash.
• Very good knowledge of English; German and/or Italian is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience with data processing, analytics workflows, or DataOps concepts.
• Knowledge of German and/or Italian.
