What you will do
- Update package tracking files and enter shipment information into internal systems.
- Contact customers and government agencies to collect and provide customs-clearance information.
- Prepare and validate customs data and paperwork in line with regulatory and internal standards.
- Confirm pricing and allocate charges and refunds.
- Help resolve clearance-related questions and issues while collaborating with other teams.
Requirements
- Administrative experience in a busy office environment.
- Experience or working knowledge of customs-clearance principles, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical judgment, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Good Microsoft Office and PC skills.
