What you will do

• Manage an advanced algorithm research and software development team.
• Lead delivery activities and develop team capabilities and skill sets.
• Own system architecture, technical practices, and the integrity of software designs.
• Coordinate scope, resources, and project assignments with Product and Program Management.
• Collaborate on software integration and customer-driven technology solutions.
• Drive initiatives that optimize processes, reduce cycle time and costs, and improve customer success.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• Advanced knowledge of classical algorithms and data structures.
• Advanced C/C++ programming and software architecture skills.
• Strong foundation in image processing and computer vision, preferably including high-performance 1D and 2D barcode decoding solutions.
• 8+ years of experience in engineering or software solution delivery.
• Experience in large or global organizations is preferred.
