Senior Finance Manager – EMEA Manufacturing Finance

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Partner with the VP of Billund Moulding & Qualifying and the leadership team on strategic financial decisions.
• Lead strategic planning, financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Monitor financial performance and identify gaps, risks, trade-offs, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare business cases and financial evaluations to support investment decisions.
• Deliver global moulding performance reporting and translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing on equipment investments and future capabilities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in finance business partnering, controlling, or strategic finance in an international environment.
• Experience partnering with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or R&D organizations.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business case development.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to constructively challenge senior leaders.
• Experience driving productivity initiatives, continuous improvement, or transformational change programs.
