Senior Manager (Consulting)

What you will do

• Define and execute the growth strategy for a business unit.
• Develop client partnerships, commercial proposals, new accounts, and the sales pipeline.
• Lead, coach, recruit, and develop consultants, Junior Managers, and future leaders.
• Own the annual business plan and manage P&L, revenue, utilization, and contribution margin.
• Optimize consultant allocation, improve operational efficiency, and coordinate with Sales, Recruitment, HR, Finance, and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in management or business development, ideally in IT, engineering, or consulting.
• Experience in business development, account management, commercial ownership, and team development.
• Experience with P&L, revenue, margin, or business-unit management is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication is required.
