What you will do

• Identify prospects through market analysis, networking, and proactive business development.
• Present consulting expertise to potential clients and drive new business opportunities.
• Manage existing accounts and maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and support consultants and team members.
• Own the performance and development of the business unit.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, optimize results, and lead daily operations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in business development, sales, account management, recruitment, headhunting, or a related client-facing commercial role.
• Strong interest in business development, people management, and entrepreneurship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• English and Vietnamese are required for the role.
• Structured, organized, collaborative, and comfortable in a demanding, fast-paced, multicultural environment.
