Team Manager (IT Consulting)

What you will do

• Anticipate workload and allocate resources to ensure efficient team operations.
• Support, mentor, and guide IT consultants through performance and career development.
• Lead the full recruitment cycle, including technical assessments when relevant.
• Act as the client contact for people-related topics, including performance, well-being, and career development.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Delivery, and other internal stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration, continuous improvement, change management, and compliance with HR and legal processes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a relevant field.
• More than 2 years of experience in HR with an interest in IT, or in IT with an interest in HR and people management.
• Experience in team management, people management, coordination, or HR-related roles.
• Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment cycles, and performance follow-up.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Vietnamese are required.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, leadership, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
