Studio Technician (iGaming)

Location: Birkirkara, Malta; onsite production studio

What you will do

• Maintain and support cameras, lenses, microphones, scanners, filters, lights, and other live studio equipment.
• Maintain audio/video systems, live casino tables, and gaming equipment such as roulette wheels, money wheels, and shuffle machines.
• Respond promptly to technical issues in the production studio and help minimize equipment downtime.
• Support game stations, installed software, and configurations in line with studio policies.
• Log tasks, hours, and current issues in the ticketing system with detailed notes.
• Follow documented procedures and perform additional studio support duties as required.

Requirements

• Good understanding of IT equipment and hardware.
• Experience with audio/video components is an advantage.
• Comfort working variable shifts.
• Ability to perform quality control according to departmental standards.
• Experience in the gaming or technology industry is preferred.
• Good level of English required. Self-motivated, driven, and able to solve problems.
