Senior Quality Specialist (Anatomic Pathology)

Location: Livingston, West Lothian, United Kingdom; office-based and hybrid options available

What you will do

• Support testing and deployment oversight for Anatomic Pathology Laboratory systems.
• Create, track, and report on project timelines.
• Manage project budgets and approve invoices.
• Prepare and distribute status, tracking, and financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.
• Coordinate laboratory project resources and partner with Project Managers on process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Biology-based science.
• Three years of relevant experience in a clinical laboratory or clinical trials environment.
• Experience in technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to deliver results against quality and timeline metrics.
• Strong teamwork, customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to work under limited direction.
