Legal Counsel (Quantum Computing)

Location: hirify.global Finland, Espoo; hybrid setup

hirify.global builds full-stack quantum computers, combining quantum hardware and software to address computational challenges in medicine, energy, and technology.

What you will do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and develop commercial agreements for on-premise and cloud offerings, research collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
• Support Sales and business teams during negotiations by providing clear, practical legal guidance.
• Advise on public procurement, export control, competition law, and other regulations relevant to commercial agreements.
• Work with Product, IP, Technology, and Security teams to align agreements with hirify.global’s products, services, technology, and regulatory requirements.
• Improve contract templates, processes, and practices to increase consistency and Legal team efficiency.
• Manage multiple legal projects and stakeholders across hirify.global’s global organization from initial discussions through completion.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience in-house with a Sales or commercial team, or in a technology or M&A team at a law firm.
• Master’s degree in Law, LL.M., or equivalent.
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Excellent Finnish and English communication skills, with the ability to explain legal advice clearly to different audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently and proactively.
• Structured problem-solving skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and interest in quantum computing technology.

Nice to have

• Experience working in-house at or advising a publicly listed company.
• Experience in an international technology, deep-tech, or fast-growing company with cross-border coordination.
