What you will do

• Receive, issue, dispatch, and track inventory according to FIFO standards.
• Maintain stock cards, goods-received and goods-issued logs, daily stock reports, cycle counts, and monthly stock takes.
• Manage spare parts inventory, reorders, faulty stock returns, and disposal consolidation.
• Perform basic checks and in-warranty repairs using repair tools and kits.
• Maintain an orderly, safe store and repair workbench.
• Assist walk-in customers, Energy Officers, and the Call Center with product and warranty-related queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a related role.
• Working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Experience writing reports and strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, and people skills.
• Integrity, flexibility, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of hirify.global products and territory knowledge are advantageous.
