What you will do
- Develop NLP models for text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and language translation.
- Preprocess large volumes of unstructured text using tokenization, stemming, and lemmatization.
- Engineer features and semantic representations to improve model performance.
- Train, fine-tune, validate, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models using precision, recall, F1 score, and accuracy.
- Analyze textual datasets to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and statistical insights.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to integrate NLP solutions into broader systems.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional data science experience with a focus on GenAI; the role summary also references 5 years of industry experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, text mining, information retrieval, and semantic analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
