Design System Designer, OKDS (AI): Building Agentic OKDS, a design intelligence infrastructure spanning token foundations, reusable components, template systems, and AI tooling with an accent on design-system architecture, cross-platform consistency, and production-ready workflows. Focus on designing AI-readable components and templates, aligning Figma with Web, iOS, and Android implementations, and improving adoption, accessibility, reuse, and delivery speed.

What you will do
- Own design-system initiatives across foundations, components, templates, and AI tooling from research and specification through release, adoption, and iteration.
- Develop token architecture for color, spacing, radius, themes, modes, and platform variations while maintaining consistency between Figma and implementation.
- Design reusable core and business components with clear naming, variants, states, metadata, composition rules, and AI-ready architecture.
- Build reusable templates, AI-readable guidance, tooling infrastructure, and validation workflows for production-quality output.
- Partner with engineers across Web, iOS, and Android to align design intent, platform behavior, component APIs, and accessibility requirements.
- Drive adoption through consultation, enablement, migration support, feedback loops, and quality acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering reusable design-system components, patterns, or foundations in complex digital products.
- Strong Figma skills, including component properties, variables, modes, libraries, and scalable file organization.
- Working knowledge of tokens, theming, documentation, versioning, reusable business patterns, and contribution workflows.
- Design-engineering fluency, including implementation constraints, component states, APIs, and platform differences.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted design and development workflows, including reviewing generated output for correctness and production readiness.
- Understanding of accessibility, compliance, responsive behavior, global states, product needs, and business impact.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for fintech, investment platforms, or crypto products.
- Experience working with teams across offices and time zones.
- Understanding of React for frontend development.
