Principal Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor software developers, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Design, develop, and deploy CRM applications using C# and React.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Drive CRM integration and deliver software solutions for the automobile industry.
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Promote code quality, testing, innovation, continuous improvement, and modern engineering practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of software development experience, including product lifecycle management and scaling high-quality products.
• Hands-on experience building production-grade AI agents with LLMs, including GPT or Llama, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, memory systems, prompt engineering, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET 8+, Web API, Entity Framework Core, React, TypeScript, Redux, and RESTful API development.
• Experience with SQL Server or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis, search and analytics engines such as Elasticsearch, and unit and integration testing.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, TDD, Agile development, application security, performance, and scalability.

Nice to have

• Experience with Next.js.
• Experience with AI-driven development tools, intelligent code assistance, and workflow automation.
