API Optimization Manager APAC

hirify.global is a global travel-tech company developing online booking platforms and travel products for tourists, travel agents, and business-trip organizers.

What you will do

• Analyze and monitor API performance using a data-driven approach.
• Identify opportunities to improve API usage, partner engagement, and business growth.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical, and product teams to enhance the API product offering.
• Support partners with API usage questions and coordinate the resolution of technical issues.
• Conduct API workshops and training sessions for partners.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in the travel industry and in reviewing or monitoring technical API connection performance.
• Experience onboarding API-connected customers and coordinating between IT and commercial teams.
• Ability to analyze technical performance, error rates, traffic, and look-to-book ratios to identify improvements.
• Proactive, results-focused, action-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to work across different cultural contexts.
• Fluent English and Mandarin are required.
