What you will do

• Analyze business and project requirements for enterprise software and analytics solutions.
• Write functional specifications and prepare project documentation.
• Conduct testing and troubleshoot implementation issues.
• Manage project workstreams, work plans, analytics, and reporting.
• Present findings and solutions to clients while collaborating with business users and leadership.
• Support and mentor junior hirify.global staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, testing, troubleshooting, and working with business users.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently plan and organize project workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.
