V.I.E Production Planning Engineer (all gender)

What you will do

• Coordinate suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders involved in production activities.
• Plan and schedule production to ensure timely delivery of aerospace components and compliance with quality requirements.
• Control stock levels, manage parts procurement, and maintain supply chain continuity.
• Monitor production KPIs, including on-time delivery, quality, non-conformities, and efficiency.
• Define improvement plans and support audits, root cause analysis, Lean/6 Sigma, and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• EU citizenship and age between 18 and 28 to meet the V.I.E. programme requirements.
• Degree in mechanical, industrial, or aerospace engineering, with a focus on production or quality techniques.
• Initial experience in production planning, manufacturing engineering, or quality assurance; aerospace experience is preferred.
• Practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP and confidence analyzing production data.
• Fluent English and German.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
