What you will do
- Own complex, high-stakes journeys across account management, asset movement, compliance, risk, customer support, and internal enterprise tools.
- Design AI-powered customer support experiences and AI-native tools for internal teams.
- Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to define problems and balance regulatory and security requirements with user experience.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and research-backed design solutions.
- Use AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making.
- Shape design vision, influence the roadmap, and raise quality through design reviews, critiques, and workshops.
Requirements
- Deep product design craft with the ability to analyze problems and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Experience designing complex, multi-step flows, ideally in fintech, crypto, or another regulated or high-trust domain.
- 3+ years of experience shipping end-to-end design solutions in cross-functional teams at a technology company.
- Strong judgment in ambiguous situations, product and business sense, and clear communication with cross-functional partners.
- Genuine fluency with and enthusiasm for AI, including experience using AI tools in design work.
Nice to have
- Experience designing AI or conversational interfaces.
- Experience designing internal tools and operational workflows.
- Familiarity with data-informed design, design systems, prototyping, and microinteractions.
- Experience working across time zones with distributed teams.
- A degree in design, HCI, or a related field.
