Senior Product Designer, Global Exchange (Web3)

What you will do

• Design clear, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences for complex, data-intensive centralized exchange products.
• Work across manual trading, trading strategy, social and VIP, growth, and institutional product areas.
• Own the end-to-end design process, including problem framing, research, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, delivery, validation, and iteration.
• Translate customer insights, product strategy, business goals, and technical constraints into detailed interactions and production-ready designs.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, and Data to evaluate trade-offs, resolve ambiguity, and deliver experiences.
• Contribute to scalable, consistent experiences across platforms, markets, and product areas while raising design quality.

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering digital products, with demonstrated scope, complexity, autonomy, and impact.
• A portfolio showing problem framing, exploration of alternatives, design decisions, interaction craft, and outcome evaluation.
• Strong product thinking, interaction design, and information architecture skills for complex workflows or data-rich interfaces.
• High standards of visual craft, attention to detail, and clear communication with cross-functional partners.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Comfort working through ambiguity, changing priorities, and incomplete information, with ownership through shipped experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience designing products in trading, investment, fintech, crypto, or other complex financial domains.
• Experience with data-intensive products, professional tools, marketplaces, or high-stakes customer journeys.
• Experience using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide design decisions.
• Experience designing for multiple markets, cultures, languages, or regulatory environments.
• Experience with mature design systems, mentoring designers, or leading cross-team initiatives.
