Site Engineer (Construction)

Location: PRX - Paphos, Cyprus; onsite construction-site work

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate daily construction and finishing activities on site.
• Resolve technical and project-related issues involving construction details, drawings, and engineering systems.
• Monitor work quality, project documentation, deadlines, and construction progress.
• Coordinate site managers, foremen, team leads, workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Communicate administrative-team tasks to site teams and follow up on execution.
• Participate in coordination meetings, provide progress updates, and address delays.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in construction projects.
• Hands-on experience solving technical problems on construction sites.
• Knowledge of interior finishing works and engineering systems.
• Strong skills in directly managing and motivating site teams.
• Ability to make fast, practical on-site decisions.
• English and Greek required; Russian is an advantage.
