What you will do
- Define and align HR strategy for a sub-organization, service, product, program, technology domain, or HR process.
- Build autonomy, personal initiative, and organizational capabilities.
- Lead small HR projects and initiatives.
- Use HR systems and processes to deliver operational excellence and consistent results.
- Identify business-building opportunities and deliver impact through HR.
- Influence team dynamics and organizational culture with emotional intelligence.
Requirements
- Tier 1 MBA.
- Demonstrated experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence team dynamics and shape organizational culture.
- Experience with HR systems and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead small projects or initiatives.
