Focus on resolving third-level software issues, managing application improvements, coordinating capacity with team leads, and tracking incidents through resolution.

What you will do
- Evaluate new and complex applications and identify system requirements.
- Communicate and present system enhancements.
- Manage hardware and application software implementation and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot software problems at the third level and apply software procedures and protocols.
- Contribute to business requirements and develop IT solutions, including SAP-related solutions.
- Support and monitor an IT application, manage capacity allocation, and coordinate incident escalation and resolution.
Requirements
- Skills developed through formal training or relevant work experience.
- Ability to contribute to technical evaluations, system requirements, and IT solution development.
- Ability to support application monitoring, incident assignment, escalation, and SLA adherence.
