Location: Mountain View, California, United States
Salary: $147,200–$200,900 base salary per year, plus 15% bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do
- Develop intuitive human-machine interfaces for factory orchestration in collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Own the full stack of the Factory Experience web application, from database design to user interactions.
- Build backend logic, server-side functionality, infrastructure, and client-side state management.
- Develop frontend libraries and reusable components for cohesive user experiences.
- Monitor and improve application performance, robustness, and overall health.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and develop tests for critical user experience components.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of frontend web engineering experience.
- Proficiency with client-side TypeScript or JavaScript development.
- Extensive full-stack experience with server-side technologies such as Rust, Go, or Python.
- Experience building visually rich web applications with deep user interactions.
- Experience integrating databases, user access control, and authentication or authorization into web applications.
- Ability to use Rust for backend development and compile it to WebAssembly for frontend applications.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating web applications with ERP, MES, or WMS systems.
- Experience designing scalable web applications and dashboards for different user personas.
- Understanding of interface cohesion across different network bandwidths, screen sizes, and client hardware.
- Experience creating accessible, reusable frontend component systems with Design and Product teams.
