Travel and Expense Analyst (SAP Concur)

What you will do

• Audit and process employee travel and expense reports in SAP and SAP Concur.
• Verify receipts, expense claims, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Use Microsoft Excel and ServiceNow for data analysis, reporting, and expense trend identification.
• Guide employees on expense submissions and corporate policy adherence.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, employees, and auditors to ensure accurate accounting and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify fraudulent or non-compliant claims, close audit exceptions, and support T&E process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in travel and expense processing, auditing expense claims, accounts payable, or a related finance role.
• Strong experience with SAP or SAP Concur and advanced knowledge of SAP T&E modules.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other formulas, plus proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain strong internal controls.
