What you will do
- Implement company EHS programs, facility procedures, and management systems across the Cikarang and FRU factories.
- Manage compliance with Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals standards, including chemical inventories, risk assessments, safe storage, and targeted training.
- Lead internal, external, and third-party EHS audits, maintain documentation, and manage corrective and preventive actions.
- Advise site management, engineers, contractors, and facility safety teams on EHS regulations, process safety, environmental protection, and workplace hazards.
- Investigate releases, injuries, and near-misses, support accident prevention, and manage related records and minor injury cases.
- Develop standardized EHS and maintenance reports and dashboards for both manufacturing sites.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of EHS experience, including 5β6 years as an Engineering Manager in a manufacturing site; printing or paper packaging experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety, occupational EHS, regulatory requirements, EHS policies, and environmental leadership.
- Knowledge of ZDHC standards, BHive and BVe3 chemical management systems, and TPM methodologies.
- Experience developing ERT programs, EHS training initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
- Experience evaluating and improving TPM, CAPEX, and OPEX activities; advanced EHS certification is desired.
