Industrial Designer, Professional II (AI) (Industrial Design/3D CAD): Developing innovative physical product solutions across mobile computing, printing, data capture, intelligent asset tracking, and automation with an accent on user-centered design, production 3D CAD, and AI-driven generative tools. Focus on visualizing and validating design intent, optimizing solutions for performance and manufacturing constraints, and integrating hardware and software interactions into high-volume production.
Location: Taipei, Taiwan; hybrid work

What you will do
- Collaborate with senior design leads and product development teams to visualize, prototype, and validate design intent.
- Support the full design development process, from customer research and concept development through design validation and execution.
- Create design concept proposals and presentations for stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
- Create conceptual and production 3D CAD models and carry the design vision through to production.
- Engage with JDM manufacturing partners and maintain Color, Material, Finish documentation.
- Use AI-driven generative design and computational tools to optimize solutions for performance, materials, and manufacturing constraints.
Requirements
- Mid-level industrial design experience.
- Experience developing physical products in collaboration with engineering and product development teams.
- Ability to create conceptual and production 3D CAD models.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, customer workflows, technical performance, and high-volume manufacturing.
- Ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced product development environment.
